A Leader’s Legacy: Leadership Lessons of Richard T. Cobb

Kevin Henson

Saturday, June 15, 2024
1:30 PM – 3:30 PM

This presentation is in dedication to Fire Chief Richard (Tim) Cobb, who we all lost too soon.  Chief Cobb influenced countless lives, many who serve in various leadership roles including many past presidents, current vice presidents, and other executive committee members of this great Association.  Tim was a friend, leader, mentor, and visionary to the fire service in South Carolina.  This program will honor his legacy.

A Leader’s’ Legacy will focus on the foundational principles that create strong leaders.  Through the creation and nurturing of lasting and meaningful relationships, a leader can grow and expand their vision.  The dialogue will focus on teamwork and communication as we share Tim’s leadership style and the successful processes he used to lead with purpose.
