Fire-Rescue 2025 Needs You!

Volunteers needed to assist at conference.

Volunteer activities include:
Greeting guests at the door
Assisting with registration
Scanning attendees into classes, the Exhibit Hall, and Opening Ceremonies and Business Meeting
Helping exhibitors move-in and move-out
Monitoring the Kid Zone

We will need volunteers from 6:45 am until 4:00 pm most days.

  • Wednesday June 11: Greeting Members, Registration
  • Thursday June 12: Greeting Members, Registration, Exhibitor Move In, Scanning at Big Room doors, Scanning Exhibit Hall doors after 5 pm
  • Friday June 13: Greeting Members, Registration, Scanning at Exhibit Hall Doors
  • Saturday June 14:  Greeting Members, Registration, Scanning at Exhibit Hall Doors, Possibly Classroom doors, Exhibitor Move-out

The South Carolina State Firefighters’ Association does not provide volunteers with transportation or hotel room, and this is an unpaid volunteer opportunity. Volunteers will receive a meal ticket for the day(s) worked and a t-shirt. Please note that signing up to volunteer does not guarantee you will be used.
