Leadership at the Company Level is the most impactful in the Fire Service. This impact can either be positive or negative. This is not much grey area in there. This presentation will dive into leadership at the Firehouse and lay out some Do’s and Don’ts of Good, Bad, and Ugly Firehouse cultures. This presentation is best suited for Company Level leaders and Chief Officers but even the Probie will take out some nuggets of advice.
