There are not very many days across a long career that are as impactful as the Probie’s first day spent in the Firehouse. This is where we begin to set in stone the habits that will become the cornerstone to a successful and safe career that places the Mission first. This presentation will lay out a road map to ensuring their first experience is positive and sets them up for success. It is best suited for anyone that sees our new folks in the early stages of their career.
