Each day, when we are dispatched, the run we go on ends up being nothing like the dispatch. We are faced with overcoming these challenges and providing the best possible care. We must provide training to providers that will prepare them for these possible challenges. Making sure that our providers can adapt and overcome these challenges. Even though we cannot provide training for every possible situation, we can prepare for some of the more stressful ones.
