This class offers an interactive overview of SC State Firefighters’ Association member benefits and retirement plan. Open to all members, it provides valuable insight into benefits, programs, training, and retirement plan performance—whether you’re just starting out or nearing retirement.
Zorrina Harmon
Zorrina Harmon has been a staff member of the SC State Firefighters’ Association since 2006. She has been the Benefits Director since June 2007. She is also the Director for the Insurance Department with the Association. She has her bachelor’s degree from the University of SC and her MBA from Strayer University. Zorrina is licensed by the state of SC as a Life, Accident & Health, and Property and Casualty producer. Zorrina is the proud mother of 3 children, Drew, Jared, and Sydney. All four love the fire service and feel blessed to be part of such a great community.
Kim Bowman
Kim is a true South Carolinian, born and raised in Pickens County. She married her sweetheart in 1988. When they married, he was an Easley Firefighter. He has been in Safety, Health and Environmental, his whole career, so Kim understands the importance of not only a firefighter’s job but also the safety in all aspects of daily life. They have two daughters and five grandchildren.
Kim joined the Association in February 2024 after serving as the 1% Retirement direct contact for over 10 years with Toledano & Associates. Not only was it job but a very fulfilling role. She has been given the opportunity to provide a service to those who give their all for the safety of our state. This has been and still is the most meaningful job she’s ever had. She love these firefighters.
Outside of her job, Kim enjoys spending time with her grands, her greatest pastime. She and Andy also ride all over our great state seeking out restaurants and trying to support local businesses.
