This class provides an in-depth exploration of your member benefits and retirement plan. It offers an interactive look into the various components that make up your comprehensive benefits packages, programs, training, and retirement plan overview.  This class is designed for all members who want to gain a better understanding of their SC State Firefighters’ Association benefits and retirement plan performance. Whether you’re just starting your career or nearing retirement, this class will provide valuable insights to help you become an informed and engaged member. 

Zorrina Harmon

Zorrina Harmon has been a staff member of the SC State Firefighters’ Association since 2006. She has been the Benefits Director since June 2007. She is also the Director for the Insurance Department with the Association. She has her bachelor’s degree from the University of SC and her MBA from Strayer University. Zorrina is licensed by the state of SC as a Life, Accident & Health, and Property and Casualty producer. Zorrina is the proud mother of 3 children, Drew, Jared, and Sydney.  All four love the fire service and feel blessed to be part of such a great community.

 

Robert Key, CFA

Mr. Key began his career at the South Carolina National Bank as a Corporate Banker and later moved to First Union Bank where he created and managed the Private Banking Group in Columbia, South Carolina.  He subsequently served as Treasurer of The Seibels Bruce Group, a property and casualty insurance company.  Mr. Key joined CCM Investment Advisers in 1998 and his responsibilities include strategic organization oversight of the firm, management of client portfolios, marketing and fundamental research in the finance and REIT sectors.  Mr. Key was graduated from Furman University and received his MBA from the University of South Carolina in 1982.  He is a CFA Charterholder, a former Certified Cash Manager, has served as an adjunct professor of finance at the University of South Carolina and has provided expert consultation on legal matters involving lending and securities.  Mr. Key is a past President of the CFA Society of South Carolina.
