Antoinette Tull

Antoinette is a seasoned professional facilitator and Chief Human Resource Officer with over 25 years of experience. She specializes in delivering human-centric workshops designed to address the unique workforce challenges specific to police departments, fire prevention services, emergency communications personnel, healthcare organizations, and nonprofits.

After establishing her Human Resource Management expertise at the University of Richmond, Antoinette obtained her professional designations in HR (PHR and SHRM-CP, respectively). In January 2017, she became a certified Human Resources Project Manager, and in May 2021, she obtained her Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) certification from the University of South Florida-Muma College.
