This course will explore the data that has been collected by the Firefighter Rescue Survey over the last 3000 Rescues recorded.  Additionally, the course will explain methods to not only implement the survey into departments’ internal data collection, but also explore methods to change operations and training based on the data.  The FFRS has revolutionized the fire service world by tracking our wins and ensuring that our metrics meet our mission.  This course will be for all levels and is a great opportunity for firefighters, and officers alike to explore some of the most telling data for our operational consideration in many years.
