The world has changed. The country has changed. Your community has changed. Have you and your department changed with it? In this high-energy, dynamic presentation, Chief Denniston will explore some of the major changes that have affected the US Fire Service in his past 30 years of service and offer some insightful predictions for the future. The Chief will challenge audience members to leave their comfort zones and open their minds to adapt to the changes around us. It has been stated that firefighters dislike two things, change, and the way things are. Obviously, something has to give.
By sharing some very personal challenges and opportunities throughout his career, Dave will show us that we are all vulnerable and at the same time we control much of our own successes and failures.
