Exhibitor registration for 2023 Fire Rescue is now open.
PHASE 2 NOW OPEN.
The event will again be held at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Dates for the Expo Floor will be Thursday June 15 (evening preview), Friday June 16 and Saturday June 17. Exact hours to be announced.
During Phase 1, only RETURNING Exhibitors will be allowed to register FOR THE SAME SPACE that you occupied in 2022.
Phase 2 will open on October 17, 2022. During Phase 2, you may purchase ADDITIONAL space as well as request to move to any open spaces not reserved during Phase 1. New Exhibitors will be allowed to purchase any open space during Phase 2.
After submitting an order during Phase 1, you will have 90 days to submit FULL PAYMENT. If full payment is not received within 90 days, your order will be cancelled.
The preferred payment method is by check. You will be mailed and emailed your invoice.
During Phase 2, a $100 deposit by credit card is required. You will be emailed an invoice with the final amount due.
ALL INVOICES ARE 100% DUE BY MAY 15, 2023. ORDERS NOT COMPLETELY PAID BY THAT DATE WILL BE CANCELLED. ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER MAY 15, 2023 WILL NEED TO BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER. CHECKS FOR PAYMENT WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED AT THE CONFERENCE.
Should you wish to pay by credit card, you will need to call the SCSFA. All credit card charges are subject to a 5% service charge.

There has been a slight modification to the floor plan, adding some additional Apparatus, Equipment and Tabletop Spaces. These new locations appear on the map as light yellow/beige and cannot be purchased in Phase 1. They will be available during Phase 2.
