Academy Superintendent Jason Pope’s stories of resilience and dedication will remind attendees that every shift, every call, and every life impacted connects us back to our why. This workshop will offer actionable insights on staying motivated throughout your career, supporting department leadership, and building a culture of purpose and support within your team.

Jason Pope
Jason currently serves as Superintendent of the S.C. Fire Academy. Previously he has held positions with the Fairfield County Fire Service, the SC State Firefighters’ Association and the S.C. Fire Academy. He graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Jason is married to Karen, and they have three children, Emma Grace, Jase and Samuel. He and his family are active members of Lebanon Presbyterian Church. They live on their family farm in the Lebanon community of Fairfield County where Jason grew up.
